Waiting for the milk to come

Once we realized that the boy had not, in fact, seen Hal Ashby’s Harold and Maude, we immediately borrowed it from the library and gave it a whirl. It wasn’t a hit. Oh well, I shouldn’t have been surprised. He didn’t dig Being There, either.
