No, nor the internet neither. If we had the choice or had had the foresight or mental fortitude, our ideal future would have been one where we do not exist online… at all. It’s always so strange when you get those 4 am urges to google someone from the past (which is almost always code for high school) and they are just nowhere to be found. And by ’strange’, I mean ‘envy inducing’. At any rate… for a while now, the default response around here has been “Because I’m the god damn Living Laser!” and confoundingly, this appears not to be enough for some people. Internet, I take it back. You are occasionally delightful.
